GEOFF HAMPSON
CEO, Infracon Group of Companies
Mr. Hampson is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Infracon Group of Companies, including Ogilvie Mountain Holdings (OMH) and Lower Nicola Site Services (LNSS). He is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, having started or acquired a variety of businesses in both Canada and the United States. He has 40+ years of experience in buying, building, managing, and selling businesses in the construction, manufacturing, mining, marketing, and real estate industries. Throughout the span of his career, Mr. Hampson has been involved in over 28 buy and sell side M & A transactions with a combined value of more than $700 million. He is a hands-on business leader and a proven team-builder. He has negotiated multiple union, business, and purchase agreements, as well as domestic and international joint ventures. He has done business in many countries and has built countless valuable relationships.
CHAD HENDERSON
President, Infracon Group of Companies
Mr. Henderson began his pipeline career as a sandblaster, working on integrity digs. His rapid advancement, based on a keen interest to provide quality service, has led to 25 years in pipeline inspection, integrity, construction and remediation. His experience has brought a dynamic influence to the growth of the company, realizing over 100 per cent growth yearly for the past 5 years. Having worked in multiple aspects of the oil & gas sector, from gathering systems to transmission lines, and with a strong understanding of the design and civil aspects of the industry, his leadership has enabled a strong environment for the company to build on its capacities, with the safety and development of staff being the driving force.
SAVANNAH NOEL
Chief Financial Officer, Infracon Group of Companies
Ms. Noel brings over 11 years of progressive financial leadership and strategic oversight to Infracon, with 7 of those years dedicated to the construction and resource services industries. She is a solutions-oriented finance leader with deep expertise in corporate financial operations, governance, reporting, planning, budgeting, and control frameworks.
She began her career in public practice, developing a strong foundation in audit, complex financial reporting, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement. In 2019 she transitioned to the construction and natural resource industry, where she led financial operations and reporting functions, strengthened internal controls, and helped scale finance functions in dynamic operational environments.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a CPA designation. Her combination of public practice rigor and construction industry insight enables her to drive financial integrity and business performance across the organization.
PATRICK HAMPSON
VP Construction, Infracon Group of Companies
Patrick brings over a decade of experience in the construction and energy industries, combining operational leadership with strategic growth execution. He has played a key role in shaping Infracon’s acquisition strategy and advancing strategic partnerships across North America.
As Vice President, Construction, Patrick provides executive oversight of operations across all divisions, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with corporate objectives. He leads operational planning, resource coordination, financial performance, and cross-functional collaboration to support sustainable growth.
Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Calgary and is committed to building high-performing teams and delivering Smart Projects across Western Canada.
MATTHEW DORION
VP Commercial, Infracon Group of Companies
Matthew Dorion has dedicated over a decade to advancing heavy civil construction projects, progressing from hands-on fieldwork across British Columbia and northern Alberta to leading estimating and risk management at Infracon Construction Inc. Raised in British Columbia, he holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia Okanagan, earned with distinction.
Beginning his career as a construction monitor in the Alberta oil sands, Matthew advanced through roles in soil testing, civil engineering inspections, and project management. Joining Infracon in 2017 as a Project Coordinator, he quickly assumed the role of Project Manager, overseeing multimillion-dollar ventures such as the Spread 5A Clearing for Trans Mountain and the Highway 29 Halfway River Bridge for MOTI.
As Estimating Manager, he led a team of estimators and proposal specialists, submitting tenders exceeding $1 billion and securing more than $100 million in contracts within two years. Now in his role as Vice President, Commercial, drawing on expertise in civil engineering, contract negotiations, and strategic claims preparation, Matthew ensures tenders and projects align with operational objectives while effectively mitigating risks.
TYLER BATESON
VP Operations, LNSS
Tyler Bateson brings over 25 years of construction experience and deep roots in Merritt, BC, and the surrounding area. Having worked for the Infracon Group of Companies for many years, Tyler has built strong, trusted relationships with local businesses, partners, and community leaders while playing a key role in supporting commercial growth throughout the Merritt market.
As Vice President, Operations at Lower Nicola Site Services (LNSS), Tyler oversees all operations and project delivery. His hands-on leadership, operational expertise, and strong community ties position LNSS as a reliable partner for high-quality aggregate supply and civil construction services across the region.
DARREN VINISH
Business Development Manager, Infracon Group of Companies
Darren brings over 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a well-rounded background spanning operations, project management, and business development. He began his career with 16 years in hands-on operational roles, gaining deep technical expertise across drilling, completions, facilities, and pipelines. This foundation allowed him to rise through the ranks and develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s technical and logistical challenges.
Throughout his career, Darren has played a key role in the growth and success of several rapidly expanding companies. His leadership in high-pressure environments has been marked by a consistent ability to deliver high-value projects, drive operational efficiency, and foster strong client relationships. Darren’s proven track record and strategic mindset have established him as a trusted and results-driven leader in the industry.
BROOK CARPENTER
Director, Indigenous Relations, Infracon Group of Companies
Brook has dedicated over 30 years to advancing business opportunities through strategic, collaborative relationships. His career spans leadership roles both within Industry and a First Nation economic development organization, where he managed more than 36 partnerships for the Trans Mountain Expansion Project. He has overseen over 60 Joint Ventures totaling more than $1 billion in contract awards and played a key role in securing ATCO’s first Gold-level Progressive Indigenous Relations (PAR) certification.
Raised in Yellowknife and influenced by formative experiences across remote Arctic communities, Brook chose to earn a master’s degree in Resources and the Environment from the University of Calgary, specializing in sustainable business development.

Mr. Walsh began his career as an engineer, working with some of the world’s largest engineering and construction companies, taking on large-scale projects across the globe from South America to Vietnam, as well as in Canada and the U.S. He then parlayed that experience and knowledge into the business sector — founding and investing in over 25 companies focused in the sectors of construction, resources, utilities and maintenance.
