Infracon was contracted by JDS Energy & Mining inc. and Arthon Constructors on behalf of Barrick Gold Corp to complete work on Barrick Gold’s Nickel Plate Mine. The scope of work included test pitting, PAG rock relocation, Buttress material excavation and hauling, Till excavation, haulage and placement and road maintenance. Infracon’s was able to quickly mobilize a large fleet of equipment which included: Rock Trucks (2×775, 1×773, 4x40T, 3x30T), Excavators (1x80T, 2x45T, 3x35T), Dozers (3xD8, 2xD6) and a crew of up to 25 operators.
