Mr. Hampson is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, having started or acquired a variety of businesses in both Canada and the United States. He has 40+ years of experience in buying, building, managing, and selling businesses in the construction, manufacturing, mining, marketing, and real estate industries. Mr. Hampson has been involved in over 28 buy and sell side M&A transactions in his career with a combined value of more than $700 million. He is a hands-on business leader and a proven team-builder. He has negotiated multiple union, business, and purchase agreements as well as domestic and international joint ventures. He has done business in many countries and has built countless valuable relationships.
