Within my most recent role as a Construction Coordinator having the opportunity to be on-site the interest started with operating heavy equipment’s. This interest continued to develop by having daily conversations with my brother-in-law who is a Heavy Equipment Operator. This followed into practicing at my father-in-law’s home with a rental and my brother-in-law guiding me with the machine. This allowed me to truly experience the gratification of using my dexterity. ü  Keep the Project Manager, consultants, clients, trade contractors informed about project status and issues.

ü  Attend client meetings and assist the Project Manager with project requirements.

ü  Assist the Project Manager in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
