ROW (Right of Way) Services
Right of Way (ROW) is the area around a pipeline or transmission line that is either government- or privately-owned for which you receive permission to work on. Infracon prepares any ROW land for construction or reclamation. We ensure the ROW area is prepared or reclaimed to the best possible state that can be expected. This includes clearing and grading any grassy and treed areas and access roads to keep your pipelines or transmission lines accessible.
ROW Remediation and Reclamation
When your site goes through ROW areas, Infracon can prepare the site for you by clearing, grading, and leveling to make it easier to access for construction of new pipes or transmission lines. When pipes or transmission lines are removed from ROW areas, Infracon can reclaim the surrounding area with grass and trees to make it look as natural as possible.
Project Example: Civil Construction Project.
ROW Maintenance (signs, posts, brushing)
ROW maintenance services are ongoing regrading or upgrading of construction sites, access roads, and other ROW areas to clear the area of trees that have grown. For example, utility companies need to keep trees in ROW areas from their transmission lines, and Infracon's ROW maintenance services help utilities maintain their ROW areas.
