Meet our team

Our senior management team has billion-dollar project experience and is highly committed to delivering projects on-budget and on-time. These values are shared across all teams at Infracon and supported by our core values of education, innovation, safety, integrity, and compassion.

GEOFF HAMPSON
Mr. Hampson is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Infracon Group of Companies, including Ogilvie Mountain Holdings (OMH) and Lower Nicola Site Services (LNSS). He is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, having started or acquired a variety of businesses in both Canada and the United States. He has 40+ years of experience in buying, building, managing, and selling businesses in the construction, manufacturing, mining, marketing, and real estate industries. Throughout the span of his career, Mr. Hampson has been involved in over 28 buy and sell side M & A transactions with a combined value of more than $700 million. He is a hands-on business leader and a proven team-builder. He has negotiated multiple union, business, and purchase agreements, as well as domestic and international joint ventures. He has done business in many countries and has built countless valuable relationships.
CHAD HENDERSON
Mr. Henderson began his pipeline career as a sandblaster, working on integrity digs. His rapid advancement, based on a keen interest to provide quality service, has led to 25 years in pipeline inspection, integrity, construction and remediation. His experience has brought a dynamic influence to the growth of the company, realizing over 100 per cent growth yearly for the past 5 years. Having worked in multiple aspects of the oil & gas sector, from gathering systems to transmission lines, and with a strong understanding of the design and civil aspects of the industry, his leadership has enabled a strong environment for the company to build on its capacities, with the safety and development of staff being the driving force.
SAVANNAH NOEL
Ms. Noel joined Infracon in the spring of 2022 armed with extensive experience in corporate financial operations. She’s a solutions-first expert with wide knowledge in accounting, budgeting, planning and corporate restructuring. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University and was awarded her CPA designation in 2018.
DOUG RENNIE
Mr. Rennie has over 20 years of extensive knowledge and expertise in all phases of construction, including pre-construction concept and design, estimating, project execution, and project management. He holds a Forestry Technology Diploma from Selkirk College.
BLAIR SMITH
Mr. Smith transitioned over to SCS Infracon after successfully owning and running SCS for seven years. A solutions-driven general manager, he has over 35 year of civil construction experience in Western Canada and Australia. Over the span of his career, he has forged strong industry ties across B.C. and Alberta. He’s excited to continue to grow SCS alongside John Quigley, his operations manager, and Gary Watkins, who runs the geomembrane liner division in Edmonton, Alberta. Together they make a strong team.
PATRICK HAMPSON
Mr. Hampson brings to the table over 10 years of experience in the construction and energy industries. He’s performed a variety of roles at Infracon, including project management, Indigenous relations, and business development. In 2021 Mr. Hampson leveraged his industry expertise on both the buy-and-sell side to create and grow Infracon’s acquisition strategy. He continues to source relevant acquisitions and partnerships across North America to provide a higher quality and wider range of services to both new and existing clients. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary.
SHERI STARKO
Ms. Starko’s vast experience in high-performance sales and customer relationship management spans the globe. Prior to joining Infracon in 2017, she worked with the New York Times, Calgary-based Almita Piling and Bauer Foundations Canada Inc., and ERP Systems. She’s fluent in French and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University.
JOHN QUIGLEY
With over 20 years of operational experience in the construction industry and a vast array of connections, Mr. Quigley has spearheaded the growth of Infracon’s northern business and is committed to taking it to the next level.
TYLER BATESON
Mr. Bateson has deep roots in Merritt, B.C. and the surrounding area and has worked tirelessly at developing strong personal and working relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses and local community leaders. He brings to the table over 20 years of construction experience and is responsible for all commercial activities in the local market to ensure the successful execution of projects.

GLENN WALSH, P.ENG
Mr. Walsh began his career as an engineer, working with some of the world’s largest engineering and construction companies, taking on large scale projects across the globe from South America to Vietnam, as well as in Canada and the U.S. He then parlayed that experience and knowledge into the business sector — founding and investing in over 25 companies focused in the sectors of construction, resources, utilities and maintenance.
BRUCE OTTO
Mr.Otto is a seasoned business man with over 30 years of experience in heavy civil construction and heavy equipment. He began his career working at R. Angus in Edmonton, AB. In 1978, he started Twin City Excavating, a civil contracting company based in Edmonton, which he operated for 30 years. He recently sold the company and  is now retired and lives in Nanaimo, B.C.
