2012 Infracon took notice of the family-owned and operated business LNB Construction, a leader and innovator in earthworks construction. LNB worked with First Nations communities*** and shared our core value of maintaining the stewardship of the environment LNB and Infracon agreed they would be stronger together than apart, moving less dirt and saving time and money on every project undertaken. In fact, three years after the 2012 acquisition, LNB was recognized for Outstanding Achievement in 2015 British Columbia Aboriginal Awards*. LNB continued to operate under its original name until 2018 when the Infracon name was fully absorbed.

2015 Infracon acquired Minex Contractors Ltd. moving to expand our expertise in the mining and renewable energy industry in 2015. Specialists in mine site development, tailing dams, quarrying, crushing, and ditching, this arm of Infracon, formerly known as Minex executes heavy civil and excavation related projects. Additionally, Minex was a partner of the Christian Labour Association of Canada** (CLAC), one of the country’s fast-growing unions that has been making a positive difference in the lives of workers and communities across Canada. Today, all subsidiaries operate under the single brand name Infracon.
